Kristiana Weseloh is a filmmaker and editor currently based in New York City with over ten years experience in film production. She got her start interning for the award-winning company Washington Media Associates. Her credits include the Bill Moyers special ‘Trade Secrets’ and ‘Return of the Czar’, an episode of Frontline. Kristiana spent several years in Portland, Oregon at North Shore Productions working her way around the office as an Associate Producer, Assistant Editor to becoming a Producer and Lead Editor creating documentaries for public television, national parks, and museums throughout North America.

Her directorial debut “What’s the Matter Girlie?” premiered at the 2005 New York International Independent Film and Video Festival and is now distributed by Aquarius Health Care Media. In 2006 her music video for the band The Sort Ofs, “Head to Head with the Smarts of Our Leisure” premiered at the first annual New York Short Short Film Festival. Kristiana participated in the 2010 International Documentary Challenge and her film “Glorified Reality: Tales of a Street Vending Artist” screened at several locations around Oregon. She graduated from American University’s Visual Media program in 2001.
