Interested in joining the FilmShop?
Membership applications open prior to our two annual seasons, Fall (November – February) and Spring (May – September).
We are looking to grow our community with filmmakers with new, different and diverse styles, perspectives and talents in the Brooklyn, NY and Hong Kong areas. In the application process we’ll ask about your past film experience (including resume and previous works), current media projects, as well as personal aspirations and how you hope to enrich the FilmShop community. Members are full-time content creators or are media professionals. Membership is selective, as we limit our chapter sizes to create an intimate community of qualified professionals. If you have been previously rejected, we encourage you to apply in the future.
